Part 1 — Terms of Use
1. Who we are
This website is operated by SaptRishi PreSchool & Daycare, which runs three campuses in Gurugram, Haryana. Where these terms say “we”, “us” or “the school”, they mean SaptRishi PreSchool & Daycare. Where they say “you”, they mean anyone using this website.
2. Using this website
You are welcome to browse this site, print pages for your own reference, and share links to it. Please do not copy our text, photographs or videos for use on another website or in other marketing without asking us first.
3. Information on this site
We keep the details on this site — programmes, timings, campuses and contact information — as accurate as we reasonably can. Even so, things change. Fees, timings, availability of places and programme details should always be confirmed with us directly before you rely on them. Nothing on this website is an offer of admission or a guarantee that a place is available.
4. Enquiries you send us
When you submit the enquiry form you confirm that the details you have given are accurate, and that you are the parent or legal guardian of the child named, or are authorised to enquire on their behalf. Sending an enquiry does not reserve a place.
5. Photographs and videos
The photographs and videos on this site show our children, families and staff, and are published with permission. They remain the property of the school. If you are a parent and would like a photograph of your child removed, please write to admission@saptrishipreschool.com and we will take it down promptly.
6. Links to other websites
This site links out to Google Maps, WhatsApp and our social media pages. Those services are run by other companies and have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their content or their handling of your information.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute relating to this website will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Gurugram, Haryana.
Part 2 — Privacy Policy
9. What we collect
We only collect what you type into the enquiry form on the Admissions and Contact pages. That is:
- Your child’s name and date of birth
- Your name as parent or guardian
- Your mobile number and email address
- The programme and campus you are interested in
- A preferred visit date, if you give one
- Anything you write in the message box
We do not ask for, and you should not send us, payment card details, Aadhaar numbers or any medical records through this website.
10. What we do with it
Your enquiry is sent by email to our admissions team at admission@saptrishipreschool.com so that we can reply to you. We use it to answer your question, arrange a campus visit and, if you go ahead, to begin the admission process. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for marketing.
11. Where it is stored
Enquiries are not saved into a database on this website. They arrive as email in our admissions inbox and are kept there for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any admission that follows. To stop automated spam, our server briefly records a one-way scrambled version of the sending device’s IP address, together with a timestamp; this is used only to limit how many submissions can be sent in an hour, and it expires automatically.
12. Other services this site uses
Some parts of this site load content from other companies. When that happens, those companies can see your IP address and basic browser information:
- Google Fonts — supplies the typefaces used across the site.
- Google Maps — the campus maps embedded on the Contact page.
- WhatsApp (Meta) — only if you tap a WhatsApp button and choose to message us.
This website does not run advertising, does not use analytics or tracking pixels, and does not set cookies of its own.
13. Children’s information
This website is meant for parents and guardians, not for children. We only hold information about a child when a parent or guardian has given it to us. We treat it as confidential and share it only with the staff who need it.
14. Your choices
You can ask us at any time to tell you what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Write to admission@saptrishipreschool.com or call +91 79820 52382 and we will help. Please note we may need to keep some records where the law requires it.
